I have been trying to use the modification function to no success. Try multiple times since last week.

Sorry for this trouble with you.

We have fixed the modify account feature problem recently, and it can work now.
Please make sure the proxies are available when you use modification function. Are the setting right? Are the browser files ok?

Try it again, and give me the result.

Was there a patch-fixed? for the recent modification feature update? that I need to install? This issue just happen about 7 or 9 days ago for me. I was able to still use the modification feature 2 weeks ago.

You need to update our program to fix this problem.
The latest version was built on 2010.02.22.01.
You can click "Help -> About..." menu to check your version.

Are you using Windows Vista or Windoes 7?
If so, you need to run our program as an admin.
