Follow friends .txt from PC instead of a server

I would like to be able to select a .txt file from my local computer.
It's not an option right now when i click "Add Friends".
I can only choose a .txt file from my site.
When i tried to use c:/account/desktop/friends.txt i get a warning that it must have http://www.domain.com/friends.txt.
I really look forward to an option for input a local file from my pc.

Thank you for your post.

If you want to add friends by loading a .txt file from your site, you can use "Add Friends" feature, the fifth option--"custom list".

There are three options in the "Follow Friends" feature, the first one is to follow 100 random friends each day for free, the second option is member service, you can add 1000 friends per day, it's $10 per month. The third option is custom service, which means if you want to follow some targeted friends, you can tell us and we collect those friends for you, then give you the link for you to follow.

So that is not what i want.
On the BHW forum i have contact with Lively Browser and i had purchased the Accountcreator and he/she told me i had to buy Friendadder for that.
I would not spend more money on it, but then i saw the discount for the China Anniversary celebration, so i decided to buy Friendadder and Autoposter too.
So i have bought 3 different software licenses from you but i am still not able to add my own lists of friends?
What's that all about?!

Sorry for this trouble with you.

You can use following instruction to add your own lists of friends:
1) Start Tweet FriendAdder;
2) Click "Twitter -> Add Friends..." in the program main menu;
3) Click "Find..." button in the "Friends" field;
4) Select the last option "Custom List";
5) Upload your lists of friends into your website;
6) Input the URL of your lists of friends in the "Friends" textbox;
7) Click "OK" to start adding your list of friends.

If you look at the title of this thread i want to be able to load a .txt file from my desktop instead of my website.

Right now the software gives an error when i select a file from my desktop.

We know that you want to load from your local text file.
However, don't you have any website?
It's just so easy to upload your file to your website.
So we think this feature can implement your request easily.
Just need to upload your text file to any one of your website.

I don't understand why you have blocked files to be loaded from a local drive.
Did you developed the software with "time" in mind?
Seems not at all...

Right now i have to start FTP, login to my website account, scroll to folders, upload the .txt file to a specified folder, then open the Friendadder and select the file.
If you can easily load a local file just simply click it in the Friendadder, also if i changed something fast in the .txt file i don't need to re-upload the whole thing again.

I would like to see this changed.
So my suggestion is to make it possible to load a local file.

Sorry to cause you any trouble, we don't support download a local file from the computer to add friends at present. You have to upload it to your website first, then you can use feature "Add Friends" to add these friends. We think that's not too much trouble to do this, so maybe we just keep this feature stay the same.
