Changing Proxies?

i keep trying to change the proxies on my computer but every time i do everything goes wrong and my computer shuts down. I'm not completely stupid when it comes to computers so i know this shouldn't be happening but i can't work out whats wrong. Any advice???

Sorry for the trouble to you.

I'm sorry for being not very clear about your problem. Would you please explain it in detail? In the message, you said you kept changing proxies, but I'm afraid I'm not sure what you changed proxies for. As to twitter, you'd better to use private proxies on your accounts, which would keep your accounts much safer.
